Luftbild Ostsee Resort Damp - Der Lauf zwischen den Meeren ist ein einzigartiger Staffellauf | Der Lauf zwischen den Meeren ist ein einzigartiger Staffellauf, der Schleswig-Holstein von der Nordsee bis zur Ostsee verbindet. Der 18. Lauf fand am 24. Mai 2025 statt, wobei rund 6.500 Läuferinnen und Läufer in fast 700 Staffeln von Husum nach Damp starteten. Die Gesamtstrecke beträgt etwa 94,9 Kilometer und ist in zehn Teilstrecken aufgeteilt, die zwischen 6,9 und 11,5 Kilometern lang sind. Die Strecke verläuft weitgehend flach und führt durch Orte wie Wittbek, Hollingstedt, Schleswig, Fahrdorf, Louisenlund, Gammelby, Loose und Waabs. Ein besonderer Höhepunkt ist der Wechselpunkt auf dem Schlossgelände in Schleswig, der erstmals 2025 als besonders schöner Wechselpunkt ausgewiesen wurde.
